Car Wash Canterbury

It is with great pleasure that I write a reference in support of Dean Kennedy of Extend Building & Design Pty Ltd.

Dean was commissioned by my company in October 2006 to build an extension to, as well as remodel, our existing car wash site in Surrey Hills, Victoria.

We planned to continue trading throughout, therefore it was important to us that the total project duration should be limited in order to minimise interruption of our busy trade.  Dean contracted to a very tight construction time.

Dean’s preparation for the project was quite exceptional and this clearly contributed to his ability to deliver the project on time and on budget.  His attention to detail must be commended and his ‘hands on’ involvement during the project was beyond expectation.  Any issues that arose throughout the project, or indeed after its completion, were dealt with in a fair and professional manner.

Easy Car Wash Alice Springs

It is with great pleasure I let you know that we have now been open for 9 months and I have not had the opportunity to acknowledge the work that you and your team did while you were building our business.

Our deadline for the build and opening was December 19^th 2009 of which you acknowledged would be achievable and sure enough all works were completed and ready for opening prior to this date.

It’s now 9 months on and we have had no problems with the building, either structurally or mechanically from the works that your team undertook.  Understanding that a large percentage of the business is in the ground and under concrete we are pleased to say that it’s all operational.

Your professional attitude during this time was appreciated as I know that you had to deal with obstacles due to the nature of a small town however you were able to overcome these and finish as promised.

Having known Dean and Sharelle for some time on a personal level I was happy to have engaged their Comapnay, Extend Building and Design Pty Ltd to undertake the building of my home at Nunawading in September 2012.

From the initial meeting through to pricing of the works to completion I was extremely impressed by the professionalism shown on the site and in the many administrative matters which they were contracted to handle.

My home, which is a 20 plus square two storey town house was completed in 16 weeks, start to finish, and is a credit to their personal involvement in all aspects of the building and the timeframe.  Nothing was too much trouble to them during construction and their preparedness to work through many personal idea's I brought to the job was a credit to them.

Finally I would like say that some people get a house built, I was lucky to have a home built by Extend Building and Design Pty Ltd.
